Welcome to Funny Island! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including VR games, bungee jumping trampoline activities, and electric ride-on attractions at our locations in Broward Mall and Boynton Beach Mall.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms

  • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies.
  • Prices and availability of activities are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Bungee Jumping Trampoline Rules

  • Shoes must be removed before jumping.
  • Socks are recommended; disposable socks will be provided if needed.
  • Participants must be within the allowed weight and height limits.
  • Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times.

3. VR Games & Electric Rides

  • VR games are recommended for children over a certain age (as specified at each location).
  • Electric ride-on cars and animal rides are for children only and must be used under parental supervision.

4. Loyalty Program

  • Earn 1 point for every $10 spent in a single transaction.
  • Points expire 12 months after being earned.
  • Redemption options: 5 points = $4 off, 10 points = $9 off, or 10 points for a free VR game.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in our activities, customers acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.
  • Funny Island is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost items during participation.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases of service unavailability.
  • Cancellations for birthday parties must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store customer information for service and marketing purposes.
  • Personal data is never shared with third parties without consent.
